Its not that complex, U1 and U2 are just simpe current follower configuration of op-amp. The output is the same as the input, then for U6 it sum up the two signals ie left an right to give the output to the centre speaker, then for U5 its output is the difference between the inputs of the left and right channels which goes to the surrounding speakers. Voila.
